Our service team will send you your personal service request number (SA number) and the return form by email.
3. Print the return form
Please print the return form.
4. Clean the device
Clean the device thoroughly and remove all dosing media and process residues.
Please dismantle the hose kit before shipping and enclose it separately.
5. Pack the device and enclose the document
Pack the devices securely for transport and enclose the return form.
6. Ship the package
Send the package to us. Your packaging will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner after receipt of the goods.
