YOUR SERVICE REQUEST
1. Fill out the form and send it off.
Once you have sent it off, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
2. Receive your service request number and delivery note by e-mail.
Our service team will send you your personal SA number and the return slip.
3. Print out the delivery note.
Please print out the return slip.
4. Clean the device.
Clean the device thoroughly and remove all pumped media and process residues.
Please dismantle the hose kit before shipping and enclose it separately.
5. Pack and attach the document.
Pack the device securely for transport. Attach the return slip in a delivery note pocket on the outside of the parcel.
6. Send the parcel
Send the parcel to us. Your packaging will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner after receipt of goods.
